Yazan from SQC was an absolutely wonderful consultant to have working for me. He works diligently to find solutions to problems. He brought a wealth of knowledge about materials engineering and validation processes to help revamp the QMS. He was even asked to step outside of his original remit to take on additional projects, often outside of his area of expertise. He could easily have declined, but instead he stepped back, educated himself properly in the information required, and then proceeded forward to find successful solutions to difficult problems. Also, Yazan is a gregarious person to have around the office.

Yazan (SQC) was contracted as a Validation Specialist for Leica Biosystems Newcastle between 21 Dec 2020 to 01 Oct 2021.

When working at Leica Biosystems Newcastle he helped to reduce a validation backlog which we had. The types of validation projects and equipment to work upon varied greatly from simple to complex validations but Yaz tackles anything which was assigned. Examples of the projects include but were not limited to:
– Validation of manufacturing line conveyors
– Temperature mapping and validation of cold room upgrades
– Oversee and advise external vendors install and qualification of LN2 bio stores
– Training and increase of site validation capability
– Validation of Western Blotting Equipment

Yaz worked through a wide array of projects, he worked with internal or external customers to a deadline and always hit the expected deadlines. Yaz was always punctual, polite and enthusiastic with great communication skills. Yaz was very capable in the creation of all validation documentation and the execution of validation testing.

I would recommend Yazan to any business needing a validation specialist or engineer.
