Yazan from SQC was an absolutely wonderful consultant to have working for me. He works diligently to find solutions to problems. He brought a wealth of knowledge about materials engineering and validation processes to help revamp the QMS. He was even asked to step outside of his original remit to take on additional projects, often outside of his area of expertise. He could easily have declined, but instead he stepped back, educated himself properly in the information required, and then proceeded forward to find successful solutions to difficult problems. Also, Yazan is a gregarious person to have around the office.
